How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your Envoicia subscription anytime. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Web Version (Desktop/Laptop)

  1. Log in to your Envoicia account
  2. Click profile icon on Top Right corner
  3. Click "Manage Subscription"
  4. Select "Cancel Subscription"
  5. Choose your cancellation reason (optional)
  6. Click "Confirm Cancellation"

Mobile App

  1. Open the Envoicia app
  2. Tap profile icon"Manage Subscription"
  3. Tap "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Select cancellation reason and tap "Cancel Plan"
  5. Confirm your decision

What Happens After Cancellation?

  • Your subscription remains active until the billing period ends
  • You keep all premium features until expiration
  • Your data is safely stored for 30 days
  • You can reactivate anytime without losing data
